- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 & 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger root, peeled, and chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a small batter bowl with a small whisk. Pour over salad, toss, and serve. This yummy dressing tastes good with a fresh spinach salad.
